Mahatma Gandhi University, one of the four affiliating Universities in Kerala, is the chief instructive establishment that endeavors to satisfy the higher instructive needs of the general population of Central Kerala. Set more than 100-section of land Priyadarsini Hills Campus at Athirampuzha, 13 kms off Kottayam, the University additionally has ten satellite grounds.
