As you want I am here telling you about the eligibility criteria for M.C.A. (Master of Computer Applications) courtse at Madurai Kamaraj University. M.C.A. – (Master of Computer Applications) eligibility: Graduate in any discipline with Mathematics as compulsory subject at 10+2 level Or Graduate in Computer Science / Computer Applications / Software / IT The candidates who have not studied Mathematics at +2 level but having studied the subjects: Business Mathematics Business Mathematics & Operational Research Operations Research Business Mathematics and Statistics Numerical Methods and Mathematics only at graduate level are not eligible to apply. M.C.A - Master of Computer Applicationsentrance exam structures : Entrance test will cover 30% components of Mathematics at the 10+2 level. 20% components of logical reasoning/analytical ability at the level of bachelor's degree. 10% components of proficiency in English at the level of Bachelor's Degree . Component of knowledge of computers and computer application at introductory level constituting 40%. The M.C.A. program (Master of Computer Application) at Directorate of Distance Education of Madurai Kamaraj University is a conventional program focusing on Information Technology. It stresses the development of applied analytic tool skills, advanced cognitive abilities, and topical specialties allowing students to tailor the program to their interest. MCA Duration: 3 Year Eligibility: Any degree with Mathematics at plus 2 level (Allied subjects like Basic Mathematics, Applied Mathematics and Business Mathematics are not treated as equivalent to +2 Mathematics) MCA Lateral Entry Duration: 2 Year B.C.A.
