Which is much batter after B.com between Masters in Accounting (MACC) or MBA in Accounting, will your plz tell me for make decision for my further study ??

Both program Masters in Accounting (MACC) and MBA in Accounting, is best after B.com , but in my opinion you should go for MBA in Accounting, bcoz it come under a professional degree and very demanding now days:

After completing MBA accounting, you can do job as
