The applicant should have B.A. special Telugu , B.A.O.L. Telugu, B.A.O.L. Sanskrit, B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. / B.B.M/ B.C.A. with Telugu under Part I or Part II, BOL Telugu / Bhasha Praveena with POL.
