M.tech and M.S both are the good options for master degree course. M.tech course is masters in technology course it is masters degree in technical and MS is a masters degree in science its not completely technical. You can do MS in India as well as in Abroad . If you want to go for abroad you can choose MS and qualify the GRE exam for it. If you want to do M.tech you can do this course in India for it you have to qualify the GATE exam .
