M.tech is masters degree in technical field. Since its a pure technical field it takes admission from technical graduates and post graduates in applied science.

You cannot take admission in M.tech courses after B.SC. You have to go for M.SC after it and then only you will be eligible to take admission in M.tech courses.

As you want to do master’s degree after completing BSC Chemistry so you want to know about eligibility of M.Tech, so sorry to say you but you are not eligible for doing M.Tech.

Because for doing M.Tech you must have a B.Tech degree and then you can apply for M.Tech course.

As you want to do master’s degree after completing BSC Chemistry so you can do MSC in Chemistry.

Eligibility for MSC in Chemistry:
Candidate must have BSC Chemistry degree from a recognized university.
