Yeah I think you will get the admission in JNTU Kakinada College of Pharmacy after 1985 rank in PGECET but I am not sure it is totally depends on the cut off of PGECET.

Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (PGECET) is conducted by University College of Engineering, Osmania University for admissions to postgraduate courses in Architecture, Engineering, Pharmacy, Technology and Planning.

It is a state level common entrance test conducted for admission to PG courses in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
