Here, I am providing admission procedure and admission form of Lahore University of Management Sciences.

ONLINE FORM FILLING PROCEDURE:
First log on to official website of Lahore University of Management Sciences seems like



Now Click on the tab "Admissions and Aid" on the main page.

Now Click on the link "Apply Online".

Now Click on the link “Application Form” .

Now you would be redirected to new Window “LUMS Online Admissions“.

Click on “Create New Account”.

Your account will be created and you will receive an activation email from LUMS Admissions Office.
After the activation of your account you can log in to the “LUMS online admissions” application system.

Now select the program from the list, which you want to apply for.

Fill the all Sections of the “Application Form” to provide the required information.

After you enter the required information for a section always remember to press the “Save” button to save your data/changes.

To exit, click on "Log out" button on the upper right corner of the window.
