Candidate must pass with 60% aggregate marks in BE/ B.Tech (CSE /IT /ECE) or MCA or equivalent.

Candidate must pass with 50% aggregate marks in BE/ B.Tech (CSE /IT /ECE) or MCA or M.Sc. (IT/ CS/ Physics/ Maths/ Statistics) or equivalent subject to GATE Qualified.

OR

Candidate must pass with 50% aggregate marks in BE/ B.Tech (CSE /IT /ECE) or MCA or M.Sc. (IT/ CS/ Physics/ Maths/ Statistics) or equivalent subject to valid score in LPUNEST.

M. Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering

One is advanced in a specific area of specialization by extending the prior knowledge through thorough set of advanced courses with a study to showcase the research potential. The focus for thesis is to solve an industry centric problem.


Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam)

One must pass with 60% aggregate marks in BE or B.Tech. (Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology or Electronics and Communication Engineering) or MCA or M.Sc. (Information Technology or Computer Science) or equivalent subject to qualifying LPUNEST or GATE

5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants

10% relaxation to outstanding Sports Persons (i.e. A/A+ category as per Sports Scholarship), Subject to verification from Selection committee of the University

If one falls in both categories, then only one relaxation in eligibility will be given.

Selection committee will comprise of Head (DSW), Director Sports, Dy. Director Sports, Concerned Coach and VC Nominee.
