Loyola College of Education is a B. Ed College was established 1976 and run by the Society of Jesus. It is affiliated to Kolhan University and is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi.

Eligibility:
Graduates: Science / Arts / Commerce.
Minimum 50% (45% for SC / ST) in aggregate at the Bachelor’s degree

Admission:
Registered candidate need to clear a written test.
Successful candidates are called for an interview.
An entrance test is conducted.
Selection is based on academic performance in the written test and performance in the interview, 100 marks are allotted for written test and 50 marks for interview.

At the Time of Admission

All relevant original certificates are required with the candidates at the time of admission.

The following original certificates should be submitted in the office:

1. College Leaving Certificate

2. Registration Number of University

3.Migration Certificate of the University from which the candidate received one’s Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and a Xerox copy of the admit card of the last University exam.

4. Caste and Income certificate (If SC / ST / BC / OBC)

5. 4 copies of recent passport size colored photos (size 5 x 4 cm) and one stamp size photo (colored).

Subjects Offered
Arts candidates may select one from Group A and one from Group B.
A science candidate may choose two from Group C - Physical science and any one of the other two.
