LAWCET Osmania university

I am looking for osmania university. I have take LAWCET exam.
So can you provide me the important dates for the exam ? Also tell me from where I can get the application form?

Tentative Dates:
Start of sale of application forms: 16th March , 2012
Last date for submission of forms: 18th April , 2012
Last date (with Rs.200 as late fee): 19th April , 2012 to 25th April, 2012
Last date (with Rs.500 as late fee): 26th April , 2012 to 30th April , 2012
Date for Entrance Exam : 02nd June, 2012

Application Form:
The application form will be available at the head post offices , Designated Axis Bank Braches or on submission of DD for Rs.500/- from university colleges of Law.
