I have completed B.Com from Amity Univ, now want to do LLB from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, so will you please provide here IIT KGP LLB course required eligibility criteria, selection procedure & last date to apply for IIT KGP LLB admission???

Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law (RGSOIPL) is a law school based at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

The School offers a Six-Semester, Three-Year Full-Time residential programme leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in Intellectual Property Law approved by the Bar Council of India.

LLB program

to LL.B. (Hons) Degree in Intellectual Property Rights
Duration 3 years

Eligibility -

First Class Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine or equivalent.
OR
First Class Masters Degree in Science or Pharmacy or equivalent.
OR
First Class MBA Degree with any of the above

60% marks for GE/OBC candidates (these are CGPA 6.0 and 55% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates) are required

English - 60 marks.
Logical Reasoning - 20 marks
Mathematical Ability - 15 marks

Applicants are required to apply online.

Application fee is Rs. 2500/- for General/OBC and Rs. 1250/- for SC/ST candidates.

Women candidates are exempted from the payment of application fees.
