I want to apply for Uttarakhand Pre medical Test UPMT exam so can you please tell me the last date to apply for this exam?

Uttarakhand Pre medical Test UPMT is a state medical entrance conducted by HNB Medical university, Dehradun for the admission in MBBS and BDS in the top government and private medical colleges in the state of Uttarakhand

UPMT Tentative dates-

Starting Date of Online Application –Third week of March, 2016
Last Date of Online Application - Third week of April 2016
Last date for fees payment through e- Challan/bank draft along with submitting of Form in University –forth week of April 2016
Date of download of admit card– First week of May 2016
UPMT Exam Date- second week of May 2016

UPMT Eligibility-

12th with minimum 50 % for general category candidates
40 % for SC/ST/OBC category candidates

The candidates must have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and biology.

The candidates appearing in the 12th examination can also apply.

The candidates must belong to Uttarakhand or must have completed his 10th and class 12th from Uttarakhand.

Age must be between 17 yrs to 25 yrs

5 yrs relaxation for reserved category candidates

UPMT Exam Pattern

The UPMT exam will consist of question from Physics, Chemistry and Biology

The questions will be of objective type based on class 11th and 12th syllabus.

The duration of the paper will be 3 hours.

Physics: 50 (questions)
Chemistry: 50 (questions)
Biology: 50 (questions).
