Go to the official website of the De La Salle University – Dasmarinas which looks like the image given below:




Then click on the “Admission” tab which is given in the left of the site.




Then click on “Exam Results”. By clicking on the “Exam Results” you will land on the page which looks like the image given below:



Then fill the Applicant ID and the Official Receipt Number and click on the “GO” button.

Submit the following to Counter 19 if Qualified
For Grade 7-9 :
DLSU-D Student Admission Test(SAT) Result
Original Form 138
Original Certificate of Good Moral Character
3 pcs. latest 2x2 colored pictures
NSO Birth Certificate (photocopy)
Original Form 137 (if available)
Confirmation fee : P 2000.00

For Freshmen, Transferee and Second Course :
DLSU-D Student Admission Test (SAT) Result
Original F-138 (4th yr. High School Card) for Freshmen
TOR / HONORABLE DISMISSAL for Transferees or Second Course Takers
Original Certificate of Good Moral Character
3 pcs. latest 2x2 colored pictures
NSO Birth Certificate (photocopy)
Police clearance and additional three (3) copies of latest 2x2 colored pictures (for BS CRIMINOLOGY applicants only)
Confirmation fee : P 1920.00
