Eligibility -
Qualifications & Experience:
Candidate must have teaching degree, with evidence of being an exemplary practitioner
Candidate must have master’s degree in Education (desirable)
Candidate must have previous experience of school leadership in an international setting
Candidate must have previous teaching experience using an International Baccalaureate curriculum framework

Knowledge, Skills should be -

candidate must have sound knowledge of current pedagogy & methods that can improve the quality of student learning

candidate must have sound knowledge of concepts-based & inquiry learning
candidate must have an ability to think creatively, placing student learning at the centre of decision making

candidate must have a growth mindset & a willingness to improve own practice & the practice of others

candidate must have good collaboration skills and an ability to inspire confidence and trust with colleagues

candidate must have resourceful, innovative & flexible in a variety of situations

candidate must have efficient self management skills
