My younger brother is doing B.Com Honours from Kumaon Open University. Now he is in Final Year Program. He lost his mark sheet of First Year, so he told me to find the process to get new mark sheet. So please tell me how he can apply for New Copy of Mark sheet of B.Com First Year at Kumaon Open University? Give me its application form to apply for new copy.

Does Kumaun University, Nainital offered any courses by open learning mode if yes then would you plz let me know about the same here , as I want to take admission there ??
