The University of Kansas, School of Law is a first-tier public law school located on the main campus of the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas. The School was founded in 1893, replacing the earlier Department of Law, which had existed since 1878. It is accredited by the American Bar Association and a member of the Association of American Law Schools.
