Hello sir I am here as I want to know when will the Online Registration Form of Kerala TET Exam will release this Year as I want to apply for that??

Kerala TET is an exam for is necessary to all candidate who want to be teacher and want to get post of primary teacher in government schools of the Kerala state.

Categories:
1. Category I: Teachers for Lower Primary Classes
2. Category II: Teachers for Upper Primary Classes
3. Category III: Teachers for High School Classes
4. Category IV: Language Teachers, Specialist Teachers and Physical Education Teachers.

Eligibility Criteria:

Academic Qualification:
Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for Kerala TET should possess following educational qualifications:
Category I:
Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and two year Trained Teachers’ Certificate (TTC) conducted by Board of Examination, Govt. of Kerala or its equivalent. or Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
Category II:
B.A/B.Sc./B.Com. and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education/ Trained Teachers’ Certificate (TTC) conducted by Board of Examination, Govt. of Kerala or its equivalent. or B.A/B.Sc/B.Com with at least 45% marks and 1 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.), in accordance with NCTE (Recognition, Norms and Procedure) regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
Category III:
(i). BA/BSc/B.Com with at least 45% marks and a B.Ed. Degree in the subject concerned
(ii) For Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology, those who have MSc.Ed.
Degree in the subject concerned with not less than 50% marks from one of the Regional Institutes of Education sponsored by NCERT will be eligible to apply.
For Botany and Zoology subjects, those with MSc.Ed. Degree in Life Science with not less than 50% marks from any of the Regional Institutes of Education are eligible to apply.

Category IV:
Those who have acquired qualifications for the posts of Language Teachers of Arabic, Hindi, Sanskrit & Urdu (up to Upper Primary level), Specialist teachers & Physical Education teachers as mentioned in Chapter XXXI of Kerala Education Act and Rules are eligible to apply for K-TET IV.

Age Limit:
There is no age limit prescribed for candidates appearing for K-TET.


Selection Procedure
A person who scores 60% or more in the K-TET examination will be considered ‘KTET passed’ or ‘K-TET qualified’. This will be the qualifying marks for all categories.

2. Language I-Malayalam/ Tamil/ Kannada
3. Language II- English/Arabic
4. Environmental Studies
5. Mathematics

Category II: The Exam Paper will consists of Questions on
1.Child Development and Pedagogy
2.Language I-Malayalam/ Tamil/ Kannada/English
3.Language II- Malayalam/English/Hindi/Arabic/Urdu/ Sanskrit
4. a. Science & Mathematics
b. Social Science

Category III: The Exam Paper will consists of Questions on
1. Adolescent Psychology, Theories of Learning and Teaching Aptitude.
2. Language I: Malayalam/English/Tamil/Kannada
3 .Subject specific areas (Content & Pedagogy)

Category IV: The Exam Paper will consists of Questions on
1.Child Development, Pedagogy & Teacher Aptitude
2. Language Malayalam/English/Tamil/Kannada
3. Subjects specific paper (Content & Pedagogy).

Important Dates:
-Online Application Start from :- 8th August, 2016.
-Last Date of Online application Form :- 20th August, 2016.
-Exam Admit Card will be Avalable from :-16th September, to 26th September, 2016
