I'm currently completed 12th my ambition is to pursue upsc before that I planed to pursue CA..there are 3 steps in CA first cpt, intermediate and final.when I completed intermediate (ca) I will get a opportunity to get b.com certificate by writing 5 papers in IGNOU.My doubt is whether I can use this b.com certificate for upsc?
