M.A. in Development Studies Program was introduced by University of Kota from session 2013-14. It is a multi-disciplinary 2 years postgraduate degree course and is designed to provide an undertaking of various perspectives of development issues through rigorous study and empirical field work.

The programme equips students in developing critical perspectives in examining developmental experiences and their consequences on the society, especially on the vulnerable, disadvantaged & marginalized sections, climate & environment, rural & urban planning for sustainable development.
