The Kasturba Medical College is affiliated to the Manipal University. You want to take admission in the MBBS course from these colleges. The MBBS course is being offered in KMC Manipal and KMC Mangalore. Its duration is four and a half years plus 1 year compulsory rotating internship course. This course is recognized by the General Medical Council of Great Britain and the Malaysian Medical Council. Eligibility: Duration: 4 ½ years plus 1 year compulsory rotating internship. Citizenship: Indian nationals. Date of Birth: Should fall on or before 31.12. 98 Qualification: The applicant must need to pass in 10+2, A level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology taken together. Admissions General Category: Admissions are done on the basis of rank in the All India Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MU-OET) 2015. Only applicants who have secured minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in All India Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MU-OET) 2015 will be considered for admissions. Foreign/NRI Category: Admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination Government Category: Few MBBS seats are reserved for candidates selected by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), Government of Karnataka, Bangalore.
