KMAT Application Form MCA

Is KMAT application form for MCA has released or not and also give me idea about its eligibility criteria??

Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) is conducted by Karnataka Postgraduate Colleges’ Association (KPPGCA) for admissions in various courses- MBA ,PGDBM and MCA courses in University and AICTE approved colleges of Karnataka.
KMAT exam application form is still not released. As of last year exam date, I am giving you tentative idea of exam date.
Date of KMAT Examination: Last week of July 2013
Eligibility:

You should have a bachelor’s degree from any discipline - science, humanities, commerce, computers etc. from any recognized university with not less then 50% marks in aggregate of all subjects.
