The Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences ("KIMS") was established in the year 2007 and it is the medical school of KIIT University located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

It offers admission into MBBS course . Admission is purely on merit on the basis of KIITEE, an all India entrance test directed by KIIT University.

M.B.B.S. - 4 ½ years.

Eligibility Criteria :

Applicants must have completed 10+2 with Chemistry, Physics, Biology & English with 50% marksfor general category students and 40% marks for SC/ST Candidates.

Age: Lower age must be 17 years and upper age limit is 25 years.

The upper age limit may be relaxed by five year for SC/ST students .
