I am living in Kerala and want to do post graduation course in Medical so I have to clear AIPGMEE exam for admission in PG Medical course in Kerala?

The Government of Kerala have notified that the admission to the Post Graduate Medical Courses in the Medical Colleges in the State of Kerala will be on the basis of the AIPGMEE and that Medical PG aspirants from the State of Kerala shall have to participate in AIPGMEE and obtain minimum eligibility marks as prescribed, for getting admission to Post Graduate Medical Courses.

The State Government of Kerala shall not be conducting any separate entrance examination of their own for admission to Post Graduate Courses under its control.

All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Exam AIPGMEE is the eligibility-cum-ranking examination conducted on all-India basis for admission for admission in MD/MS/Diploma courses in state government medical colleges throughout the country except for those located in Jammu & Kashmir and Andhra Pradesh.

AIPGMEE Eligibility

M.B.B.S. / B.D.S. degree from a recognised Dental/Medical college. Candidates who will be able to complete their internship before 31st March can also apply

Candidates who have completed their Diploma at both the 10+2 Level as well as Under Graduate level are eligible to apply

AIPGMEE Pattern

AIPGMEE shall be multiple choice questions

The test comprises of 300 Multiple Choices

The weightage of MCQ’s in each specialty is indicative and purely provisional.

There shall be no negative marking
