How much minimum marks required to qualify the KEAM entrance examination of Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Government of Kerala ?

KEAM is the entrance examination for admission to professional degree courses offered by for Medical and Ayurveda colleges in the state of Kerala.

KEAM is conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Government of Kerala.

To qualify in the KEAM Entrance Examination to become eligible to figure in the rank list for Medical and Ayurveda a candidate has to score a minimum of 10 marks each in Paper I and Paper II of the Entrance Examination.

Scheme of the KEAM Entrance Examination :

Duration - 2.5 hrs

Questions:
Objective
Multiple choice questions with 5 options
Single correct response

Paper I:
Chemistry & Physics

Paper II:
Biology

Each Paper will have 120 questions.

Each correct response will fetch FOUR marks .

Incorrect response will attract a penalty of 1 mark.

Multiple answer marking will also attract a penalty of 1 mark.

All entries in OMR answer sheet are to be made with blue or black ink ballpoint pen only.
