KCET Studios was founded in the year 1912. It is located at Los Angeles, California . The studios have been the home of motion picture producers, including Lubin, Essanay, J.D. Hampton, Charles Ray, Willis and Inglis, Ralph Like, Monogram Pictures, Allied Artists, and ColorVision. Since 1970, KCET Studios has been the home of public television station KCET.
