The written Examination consists of 2 Papers: (Paper 1- 50 Marks, Paper 2 – 150 Marks)

Paper 1: General English or General Kannada – Duration: 90 minutes

Paper I consists of 2 Parts.

Part I- 30 Marks: Essay Writing in English or Kannada

Part II- 20 Marks: Translation of Passage (i) From English to Kannada and (ii) From Kannada to English

Paper 2: General Studies- Objective Type- Duration: 90 minutes

General Knowledge, science, Geography, History, Constitution, National freedom movement and general mental ability to be answered in Kannada or English

Karnataka Excise Guards Written Test Paper (300 Marks)

The written Examination consists of 2 Papers of Objective Type– SSLC Standard.
The maximum marks for Each Paper will be 150.

Paper 1: General English or General Kannada- Duration: 2hrs.

Paper 2: General Studies- Duration: 2hrs.
