Go to your nearest govt. polytechnic colleges of Uttarakhand state to avail Uttarakhand Polytechnic (JEEP) application form.

Read each and every instruction indicated in the information brochure or bulletin of the JEEP application form, 2016.

Thereafter, proceed towards the application form.

Fill up all the fields followed by all your basic personal and academic information in the application form carefully in the manner specified in the brochure.

Paste/affix your recent coloured passport size photograph in the provided space. Also, sign in the prescribed field with blue/black ball point pen.

You are required to put the left hand thumb impression in the JEEP 2016 application form.
