Can i get job in IT Industry, if i have Good percentage in B.tech but less percentage in 12th class???

All IT software industry does not need 12th base, most of IT industry calling the jobs depending upon the B tech percentage.
Min percentage in B tech is 60% marks.
The percentage is decided by the company and there are certain companies which recruit students who have less percentage in graduation also.
