The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTU Hyderabad) is a university, mainly focused on engineering, located in Hyderabad, India. The JNTU founded in the year 1965, established as a university in 1972 by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Act, 1972. JNTU PACET: The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University conducts Planning and Architecture Common Entrance Test (PACET) for admitting candidates into following courses: 5 year B.Arch., 4 year B. Planning and 6 year B.Arch. (PTDC) and other related courses Eligibility: -- The candidate should be Indian national. -- The minimum age of the candidate is 16 years. -- The candidate should also belong to Andhra Pradesh. -- The candidate should have passed the class 12th examination from Andhra Pradesh or any other equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks. -- The candidate must also have studied mathematics and English as main subjects up to class 12th level. -- The candidate with 2 years of work experience as architectural assistant can only be admitted to 6-year part time degree course in Architecture (B.Arch. - PTDC) How to apply: The cost of the application form for the JNTU PACET entrance exam is 400 /-. The interested candidates can get the form in person from the mentioned centers by paying a demand draft of 400/-, or can download from the website and pay 400/- in the form of demand draft while submitting. The candidate can also get the form by post by writing to Secretary, APSCHE, with a demand draft of 450/- only. JNTU stand for Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University conducts Planning and Architecture Common Entrance Test (PACET) also known as JNTU PACET for admitting candidates into following courses : 5 year B.Arch., 4 year B. Planning and 6 year B.Arch. (PTDC) and other related courses. Exam date : JNTU PACET held in the month of July. Age Limits: 16 years on commencement of admission or on such other date as may be notified by the PACET committee and there is no upper age limit. Eligibility Students have must passed 10 + 2 examination conducted by Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or related Vocational Courses conducted by Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh along with bridge course(s) conducted by it or any other examination recognized as equivalent there to by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh, and should have secured: Apply process Aspire students can apply for JNTU PACET by obtaining the application form along with the enclosures including the “Instruction Booklet for admission to engineering courses in JNTU in any of the following ways: For Architecture or for Planning in person on payment School of Planning and Architecture JNTU, Mahaveer Marg, Masab Tank, Hyderabad; Dept. of Architecture, Andhra University, Vishakapatanam; JNTU College of Engineering, Anantapur; Govt.
