How to apply for JIPMER

JIPMER, Puducherry is an Institution of National Importance under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Government of India.

Admissions to MBBS course at Jawaharlal Institute of Post-Graduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER) is based on the score of JIPMER entrance Examination.

Total Number of MBBS seats available at JIPMER Puducherry:

150 Seats (UR-50, OBC-28, SC-16, ST-11, Puducherry Residents-40, NRI/OCI-5)

JIPMER Application Procedure

Candidate must have a soft copy / digital of PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH and scanned SIGNATURE before starting the JIPMER online application.

The first step of online application is fee payment, Fees once paid will NOT be refunded under any circumstances,

Read the On-line application instructions carefully before starting the registration.

In case the candidate has found an error of entry committed by him/her in the application, a new application has to be submitted along with the prescribed fee.

The earlier application will automatically stand cancelled, no refund of fee paid earlier will be done.
