Re: JIPMER Elective
The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research is a medical school in India, and the oldest to teach European medicine in Asia. It is located at Pondicherry, the capital of the union territory of Puducherry, in southern India. Yes you can easily apply for the elective training at JIPMER Hospital, the documents you need to submit for this are : -Prescribed proforma in triplicate -Recommendation letter of the Dean of your college (3 copies). -Photocopies of relevant pages of your passport (3 copies). -Bank Demand Draft for Rs.5000/- in favour of “The Accounts Officer, JIPMER, Pondicherry, India” being the non-refundable fee for processing your application for Elective Training. The application form of yours will be sent to the Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi, Government of India for obtaining permission for elective training of Foreign Medical students. If the permission is received you will be informed and then after depositing the fee you can easily join the elective training Here I am attaching the proforma format for you: Address: Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research Pondicherry Check Post Gorimedu Puducherry, 605006 Telephone: 0413 229 8288 [MAP]Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research Gorimedu Puducherry[/MAP] |
