The WB Polytechnic is a state level examination conducted by West Bengal State Council of Technical Education for admissions into different courses offered by various polytechnic institutions of the state of West Bengal.

Candidates will be called for the counselling on the basis of the rank secured by them in the examination.

It will be conducted through online mode. It is compulsory to register for counselling. It will be organized in four rounds.

Candidates have to fill the choices of colleges & courses according to their preferences.
