Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main is the national level undergraduate engineering entrance exam conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education for admission to BTech/BE programmes in 31 NITs, 23 IIITs and 22 CFTIs. JEE Main also acts as the first stage or preliminary exam for admission to 23 IITs including ISM Dhanbad.

Examination Pattern :

The test is of 3 hours duration. 4

. The Test Booklet consists of 90 questions.
The maximum marks are 360. .

There are three parts in the question paper A, B, C consisting of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics having 30 questions

in each part of equal weightage. Each question is allotted 4 (four) marks for correct response.
