Hello sir I want to let you know that all the parents/guardians of the students are requested to deposit the Hostel & remaining Bus fee if any, by December of each year of the JECRC University Jaipur

I am giving you the Fees deposition process for the December 2015 so you can get an idea

The fee could be deposited by any one of the following modes at that time:

After paying Fees through NEFT the payer should submit the UTR No. along with the students detail for whom fees has been paid to the accounts department of the college for generation of receipt.

Through online payment gateway on JECRC website
Through auto debit facility.

In order to avail this facility you may obtain a form from college and subsequently deposit duly filled and signed.

By doing this you authorize the college to request your banker for the payment against due fees on a particular date not beyond the due date for paying fees.

Demand Draft in favour of "Jaipur Engineering College and Research Centre" for College fees and in favour of "Hostel JECRC" for Hostel Fees, both payable at Jaipur.
