Hey as The Jammu and Kashmir Bank was founded on 1 October 1938 under letters patent issued by the Maharaja of Jammu and Kashmir, Hari Singh

Here I am giving you process to fill form for opening the account

Fill up the respective account opening form for the particular type of account, viz. FCNR, Rupee Savings Bank/Fixed/Current Accounts with your signature attested. Signatures can be attested by any one of the following:

An official authorised by the Indian Embassy or Consulate abroad.

Notary.

Your Banker.

A person known to our Bank

Enclose two passport sized photograph (two for each in case of joint account holders) signed across or at the reverse.

Then enclose a photocopy of relevant pages of the current passport where name, address, date of birth, date & place of issue, expiry date, photograph, signature & stamp regarding your stay outside India appear.

After that enclose a photocopy of Valid work permit/ employment visa.

For Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) Copy of PIO card or Copy of past Indian passport of self / parent / grand-parent along with a self-declaration about Indian origin.

Enclose any one of the following address proofs (For First Applicant only if the applicants are closely related).

Utility Bill.

Driving License.

Residence Permit (Govt. issued Identity card)

Credit Card Bills.

Rent Receipt.

Photocopies must me attested to

An official authorized by the Indian Embassy or Consulate abroad.

Notary.

Your Banker.

A person known to our Bank.

Self Attestation.

As you want to open an account in Jammu and Kashmir Bank so will you plz let me know which document require along with Account Opening Form , so here I am telling about the same :

Documents required

Application Form
2 passport sized photographs of the depositor
Documents required as per the KYC norms
PAN Card or Form 60 or Form 61
Any other relevant documents applicable in the case of minors, etc.

Eligibility
