James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough is one of Europe’s most modern hospitals. The hospital has a dedicated 24-hour acute admissions unit. James Cook has a 21-room imaging department equipped with the latest technology. The James Cook University Hospital is the Major Trauma Centre (MTC) for the South Durham, East Cleveland, Tees Valley and North Yorkshire areas.
