Jadavpur University is a public state university, established in the year 1955. here I am giving you information about required eligibility to apply for BSc Honors in Physics offered by Jadavpur University B. Sc. (Honours) Physics (3 Year) Intake: 55 Duration – 3 years Eligibility: You have to passed 10+2 Examination with Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics from a well recognized university You must securing at least 65% marks in average obtained in Chemistry, Mathematics & Physics are eligible. -In case of SC/ST/PD/Sports category, minimum requirement of marks is 48% in average obtained in the above mentioned three(3) subjects and minimum 40% disability in case of the PD candidates. For admission you have to pass an entrance examination organized by college administration Important dates : Issue of forms : may 2014 Last date for form submission : June 2014 Exam held on June 2014 Application form can be obtained on Cash Payment of Rs.50.00/- The candidate will have tosubmit the following at the time of admission (if selected) : (a) Print out copy of the application form.
