IVRI Assume

I am going to take admission in Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), Izatnagar. I have come to know that Shri M.K. Jain has assumed the charge of the post of Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at IVRI, Izatnagar. Is it true? Please tell me who was the former CAO in IVRI?
