Hello I want to apply for the ITBP Constable Animal Transport exam so please tell me the eligibility criteria required to apply for this?

Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBPF) conducts the Constable (Animal Transport) exam for filling up the vacancies for this post

Eligibility:
Candidate must have passed 10th Class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.

Selection Process
The Selection Process will consist of
Height Bar,
Race (5 Km within 24 minutes),
Physical Standard Test (PST),
Biometric Identification,
Written Test-100 Marks,
Verification of Original Documents and Medical Examination

The Candidate will be selected on the basis of category wise merit lists prepared on the basis of total marks obtained in the written test.

Written Exam Pattern :
The written exam followed by PST will be Multiple Choice Objective Type.

Time duration will be 02:00 hours

Syllabus
General Awareness/G.K. :
Questions are designed to test the ability of the candidate’s general awareness of the environment around him and its application to society. Questions are also designed to test knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observation and experience in their scientific aspect as may be expected of an educated person. The test will also include questions relating to India and its neighboring countries especially pertaining to History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene, General policy and scientific research.

Knowledge of Elementary Mathematics :
The test of Arithmetical and Numerical abilities will cover Number Systems including questions on Simplification, Decimals, Fractions, L.C.M., H.C.F., Ratio & Proportion, Percentage, Average, Profit & Loss, Discount, Simple & Compound Interest, Mensuration, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Tables & Graphs, etc.

Analytical Aptitude and Ability to observe and distinguish patterns :
Questions will be asked from analogies, similarities and differences, spatial visualization, spatial orientation, problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetic reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series, coding and decoding, statement conclusion, syllogistic reasoning.

Basic Knowledge of English/Hindi :
Standard of questions will be secondary education. Spot the Error, Fill in the Blanks, Synonyms/Homonyms, Antonyms, Spellings/Detecting Mis-spelt words, Idioms & Phrases, One word substitution, Improvement of Sentences, Active/Passive Voice of Verbs, Conversion into Direct/Indirect narration, Shuffling of Sentence parts, Shuffling of Sentences in a passage, Cloze Passage, Comprehension Passage.
