As you are asking let me tell you that The Postbac IRTA/CRTA Program is for college graduates who received their bachelor's degrees less than two years prior to the date they begin the program.

If you want to apply then you should be an U.S. citizens or permanent residents. In addition, they must intend to apply to graduate or professional school during their tenure in the program.

Basic eligibility is that aspirants must have their bachelor's degrees from accredited colleges or universities in the U.S. U.S. citizens whose degrees are from other nations may apply

If you are permanent US Citizen then you should have bachelor's degrees from accredited U.S. institutions to be eligible to participate.

Curriculum vitae or resume,

List of coursework and grades,

Cover letter describing the applicant's research interests and career goals, and the names and contact information for three references.

Selection:

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis year round by scientists in the Institutes and Centers of the NIH

Submit the following documentation to their Institute or Center prior to beginning their training:

Official college transcript(s)

You have to deposit a proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status. U.S. citizens may submit a copy of their birth certificate or passport.

Permanent residents will need to provide a copy of their alien registration card.
