IRDA Trainee surveyor Enrollment list

I have registered on 8-10-14 and my registration was approved by IRDA on 11-11-2014 by still my name is not available in "Training Enrollment list" for exams to be conducted in Nov-2015. I have mailed to IRDA Surveyor Dept 5 times but still no reply from them and no one is answering Ph. nos. mentioned on their websites. Any suggestions what can I do to get it solved

I had apply in irda as trainee surveyor vide Name - Sunil Gautam
Registration No- 10Y08805
Enrollment Number - 6578/18-03-2009

and i cleared my exam in 2015 but due to enrollment letter misplaced competent authority of irdai refuse to process my licence. kindly request , how and where i will get my duplicate enrollment letter
