Hi I am interested in having the details about the Training Completion Certificate which had to be submitted to IRDA by the aspirants who have completed the training?

In the event that you are a coach, then you have to present the Training Completion Certificate (Form 16) to IRDA after a learner who is getting preparing from you, effectively finishes the preparation in the chose offices.

Training Completion Certificate Process

To present the Training Completion Certificate:

1. Click Surveyor - Individual tab.

2. Click Surveyor Training and Enrollment tab.

3. On the Surveyor Training and Enrollment screen, click Training Completion Certificate. The Training Completion Certificate screen is shown. All the obligatory fields are set apart with an indicator (*).

4. In Trainee Name field, snap to see the names of all learners undertaking preparing under you. Select the student for whom you need to present the Training Completion Certificate.

5. In Departments, select the divisions in which you have granted preparing by selecting the relating check box.

6. In Training Duration, select the term of the preparation granted.

7. In the Training Period From field, select the begin date of the preparation. For a current surveyor, Training Period To date is consequently taken as 6 months. For students, Training Period To date is consequently taken as 1 year.

8. Select the affirmation check box.

9. Click Submit. The User Confirmation Message discourse box is shown.

10. Click Yes to present the Training Completion Certificate. An Acknowledgment exchange box is shown containing the Unique Reference Number (URN).

11. Click OK. The Training Completion Certificate in showed in read-just mode. You can tap the Print catch to print the Training Completion Certificate.
