Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) is an autonomous apex statutory body tasked with the regulation and promotion of the insurance and Re-insurance industries in India. It was constituted by an Act of Parliament called the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999, As you Asking for the procedure to Registered the Complain to the IRDA Public Grievance the procedure is given below Approach the Grievance Redressal Officer of its branch or any other office that you deal with Give your complaint in writing along with the necessary support documents Take a written acknowledgement of your complaint with the date. The insurance company should deal with your complaint within 15 days.
