IPU CET Admission Form

I have to fill online application form for GGSIPU CET Examination. But I don’t know how I can fill this online application form, so pls provide me all guidelines to fill it. What is the fee for application form and can I submit the fee also online? Provide me some important notes for the CET Examination.
