The applicant should hold Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Technology (Metallurgy / Material Science)/ Chemical / Ceramic/ Mechanical/ Electrical OR MBA Finance / Bachelor Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Engineering with MBA specialization in Personnel Management or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management / Social Work and as per Official notification Qualification.

Age Limit: 35 years
Age of Relaxation:
SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
OBC Candidates: 3 years
