Intaglio is an International Business school summit which is hosted by Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta. This event was started in 1989 as the National Business School Meet (NBSM) and it is held over a 3-day weekend in January. The Event serves as a platform facilitating the interaction of eminent personalities from the academia, industry, media and government by holding conferences, workshops and seminars by experts in different fields.

Nurture Talent in association with Intaglio – The International Business Summit of IIM Calcutta announced Launchpad 2013. This event was held during 4-6 January 2013.It was a mega business plan contest, as a preliminary round of this contains, a series of 50 workshops which was organized by Nurture Talent Academy. During these workshops, entrepreneurs, investors experienced and industry experts from Nurture Talent had guided, train and mentor young students, covering all the subjects including finance, investments, marketing business planning, and technology in an interactive format.
The mega-finals of this event was held at IIM Calcutta campus itself, where each and every student had got an chance to present their plans and strategies to judges
