Indian Institute of Rural Management was established in year 1988 by Dr. Thomas Cangan. It is registered, non government, non-profit, autonomous organization. It is Ranked A++ among Best B-Schools of India.


Admission procedure:
Candidates who want to take admission must apply in the prescribed application form, which can be obtained from IRM office on payment of Rs.1500/- in cash or by Demand Draft drawn in favor of Indian Institute Of Rural Management’ payable at JAIPUR.

Selection process is done through AIMA MAT entrance exam followed by Personal interview and Group Discussion.

Academic Calendar:
Last date for request of application 15 th June

Last date for submission of application 20 th June

Dates of GD/Interview One month after declaration of MAT results

Dates for announcing final results Within 7 days of GD/PI

Release the admission list Within 7 days of GD/PI

Date for acceptance by the candidate 3 weeks after dispatch of selection letter

Last date for closing of admission 31st July

Starting of the Academic Session 07 th July.
