The University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET)

UIET is an Autonomous Institute of the Kanpur University

It was Founded in 1996

It is Located in Kanpur, India.

Admission is provided once annually, through a state level examination conducted by the state technical university Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (Formerly GBTU) each testing the candidate in aspects of physics, chemistry and mathematics. Admission are now based on UPSEE (Uttar pradesh state entrance examination).
