Bachelor degree with three years of supervisory, managerial, professional experience, or Professional Degree in Engineering, Technology, Medicine, Architecture, Law, Pharmacy or Professional Qualifications in Accountancy, Cost and Works Accountancy, Company Secretaryship etc. or Masters Degree any subject.

The Candidate should be a member of the Indian Institute of Bankers and should satisfy the following conditions

She/he should have passed the CAIIB examinations of Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai and awarded the requisite qualification, credentials thereof by the institute.
She/he should have been working in the banking or financial service sector for a period of atleast two years.
She/he should be a graduate from a recognised university.
